Dan Pemstein, assistant professor of political science, delivered a presentation to the Varieties of Democracy Institute at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden. Pemstein also gave an invited lecture to the political science department at Texas Tech University in September. The lecture was titled: "The Power of Suggestion: Coordinating Compromise in a Bicameral Legislature.”
