Evie Myers, vice president for equity, diversity and global outreach, was one of the featured alumni speakers during a Fulbright Scholars webinar Sept. 30. The webinar was organized by Veronica M. Onorevole, who manages the Fulbright Scholar Program for the East Asia and Pacific Rim regions.

Myers traveled to Japan in June 2013 to participate in the Fulbright International Education Administrators Program.

During the webinar, Myers shared details of her two-week visit to Tokyo, Hiroshima and Kyoto; reflected on her Fulbright experience; and discussed how the visit has shaped her international strategy and efforts at NDSU.

NDSU is recognized as one of the nation's top 108 public and private universities by the Carnegie Commission on Higher Education.
