NDSU Undergraduate admission application procedures
Although NDSU does not have an application deadline, incoming freshmen are encouraged to complete the application process between September and January for fall admission. Transfer students should consider completing the application process prior to early registration in April (for fall) or November (for spring).
You must complete a separate application process for University housing. Please go to http://www.ndsu.edu/reslife to complete the Housing Contract.
International students seeking admission should complete a separate process. Please go to http://www.ndsu.edu/international/admission_main/ for details.

The following materials must be submitted to NDSU to be considered for admission:
- application for admission (see options below for completing the application)
- transcripts from all schools attended
- a $35 application fee (You may pay the fee by credit card by calling the Office of Admission at 800-488-NDSU or 701-231-8643. Alternatively, you can mail a check or money order to the Office of Admission)

online using the Campus Connection. (Please note, you must use Internet
Explorer.) If you have not had previous contact with NDSU or any other
North Dakota public college or university, start at the "Obtain User
Account" link. Your User ID and password will be e-mailed to you.
If you have a Campus Connection User ID, use the "Applicant Self-Service" link to begin the application. You may have already received a Campus Connection User ID and password from another North Dakota public college or university. You will not receive this information again from NDSU.
If you misplace or forget your User ID and Password, you may obtain them again by calling the Help Desk at 866-457-6387.
All students applying electronically must complete and return the Safety and Security Statement. - Printable Application -- Download the PDF version of our application and mail it along with supporting materials to the Office of Admission at the address above.
- Request an Application Packet -- Complete the information request form to receive an application and other materials.
