COMET helps individuals build the skills and confidence to recognize when others may be struggling and provides a framework for offering meaningful support. Rather than teaching people to solve someone else’s problems, this training focuses on creating connections, opening the door to conversation, and providing a compassionate response through a simple seven-question approach.NDSU Extension agents Kari Helgoe, Katie Henry, and Myra Badger will facilitate the webinar.CostThis class is free of charge for North Dakota residents.
