Junior Beef Producers Workshop
The Junior Beef Producers Workshop is a hands-on, daylong program for youth ages 10–16 interested in cattle and beef production. Participants will learn about nutrition, reproduction, animal health, and safe handling through interactive sessions. They’ll grill their own hamburger for lunch and tour a local meat processing facility, gaining a real-world understanding of how beef is produced.
