Come meet the other animals that make Bison Territory their home!
Attendees can meet animals from the various livestock units on campus and the managers who care for them, as well as faculty and staff who teach and perform research in the Department of Animal Science at NDSU.
This family friendly event is free and allows people of all ages to see livestock up close and learn about how they are cared for and the important research they help us perform.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear, smell, and touch animals including calves, pigs, sheep, and horses. They also get the chance to learn about biology, genetics, hygiene, nutrition, and more from experts in their fields.”
A fan favorite returning this year are horse-drawn wagon rides, courtesy of Keith Johnson and Bernie Johnson.
Attendees are welcome to either wear their Halloween costumes or dress up as their favorite animals.
