Representative woody plants are identified with QR-coded labels that allow visitors to learn about each plant or test their plant identification knowledge through an interactive experience.The ribbon cutting also celebrates NDSU’s Tree Campus Higher Education recognition through the Arbor Day Foundation and our continued commitment to tree education, stewardship and a diverse, sustainable campus urban forest.We hope you will join us for this special Homecoming Week celebration and help us officially open this new educational resource for the NDSU community.We look forward to seeing you on September 30! The NDSU Interactive Campus Arboretum provides a new way for students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors to explore and learn about the diverse trees and shrubs growing across campus. Representative woody plants are identified with QR-coded labels that allow visitors to learn about each plant or test their plant identification knowledge through an interactive experience.
