Welcome to Nourish!

As we age, we may not be as active as we used to be. Maybe we have put on a few extra pounds, or we’ve developed health issues such as high blood pressure or diabetes.

The Nourish program provides North Dakotan adults of any age (especially those age 50 and older in rural counties) with information and strategies about nutrition.

You will learn how to eat more nutritiously and be more physically active so you can reduce your risk of developing chronic diseases.

Nourish will be available as an online, self-paced course in 2024 or as a face-to-face program being offered in many rural North Dakota counties. Contact your local NDSU Extension office for details.

  • Find face-to-face courses in your county: Upcoming Courses page
  • Modules for the current online Nourish course must be completed by: March 29, 2024
  • Registration for the spring online course is OPEN and will begin April 8!

The project is supported by a Rural Health and Safety Education program grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture.
