Welcome to Nourish

As we age, we may not be as active as we used to be. Maybe we have put on a few extra pounds, or we’ve developed health issues such as high blood pressure or diabetes.

The Nourish program provides North Dakota adults with information and strategies about nutrition free of charge. You will learn how to eat more nutritiously and be more physically active to promote health and well-being. Participants outside of North Dakota are invited to join the course too!

Nourish is currently offered in three different formats: Online, Face-to-Face OR Webinar. Please do not attend more than one format at once.

Prizes and certificates will be provided for those who complete at least six of the classes or online modules.

Nourish Series 1 Topics: Eyes, Bones/Joints, Heart, Digestive System, Sleep, Brain, Skin and Teeth
Nourish Series 2 Topics: Accurate Nutrition and Health Information, Cooking for One or Two, Muscles, Immune System, Pets and Your Health, Staying Well and Prescription and Nonprescription Medications

The series can be taken in any order. Participants do not need to complete Series 1 before beginning Series 2.
