Nourish
Welcome to Nourish!
We are introducing NEW Nourish topics for Fall 2024! Topics include: the immune system, muscles, pets and your health, cooking, reliable resources, well-being and medications. This course is FREE!
As we age, we may not be as active as we used to be. Maybe we have put on a few extra pounds, or we’ve developed health issues such as high blood pressure or diabetes.
The Nourish program provides North Dakota adults of any age (especially those age 50 and older in rural counties) with information and strategies about nutrition. You will learn how to eat more nutritiously and be more physically active to promote health and well-being. Participants outside of North Dakota are invited to join the course too!
Nourish will be available as an online, self-paced course in 2024 or as a face-to-face program being offered in many rural North Dakota counties.
Prizes and certificates will be provided for those who complete at least six of the seven classes or online modules.
