Description

Welcome to Nourish!

As we age, we may not be as active as we used to be. Maybe we have put on a few extra pounds, or we’ve developed health issues such as high blood pressure or diabetes.

The Nourish program provides North Dakotan adults of any age (especially those age 50 and older in rural counties) with information and strategies about nutrition.

You will learn how to eat more nutritiously and be more physically active so you can reduce your risk of developing chronic diseases.

Nourish will be available as an online, self-paced course in 2024 or as a face-to-face program being offered in many rural North Dakota counties.

Online Course

  • Registration for the summer course is OPEN until July 31!  Register through the "Register Now" button below.
  • The online course occurs in 3 month cycles. (See the online course schedule at the bottom of this page)
  • Take this course completely online, at your own pace and in the comfort of your home from July 8 - September 30.
  • Once participants are registered, they will receive enrollment instructions on how to access the course through their email.
