These sorbets are super easy to make and can be customized to your favorite fruit flavor.

  • 3 cups fruit
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ~ ½ cup water (optional)

Directions

Rinse fruit with cool running water and chop/dice as needed. Place fruit in a single layer on a cookie sheet and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. Add frozen fruit to a blender or food processor. Add honey and lemon juice. Process mixture until smooth. Add up to ½ cup of water as necessary to thin out.
