Comments

Savin junipers are generally susceptible to tip and needle blights. Cedar-apple rust and related rust diseases spend part of their life cycle on junipers.

Several cultivated varieties are available including:

Arcadia - Features green foliage on a layered spreading plant. Appears resistant to juniper tip blight.

Broadmoor - A dwarf, low spreading cultivar with soft blue-green foliage. A male cultivar.

Buffalo - This form has bright green, feathery foliage on a wide spreading plant.
