Join Logan and Walsh County's FCW Agents Dustin Hammond and Katie Thompson, along with Jessie Markovic of North Dakota Adult and Aging Services, as they guide you through a free, online self-care education program to help you reduce stress, improve self-confidence, balance life's priorities, communicate needs to family members and providers, make tough decisions, and thrive.
Whether you’re caring for a parent, spouse, friend, child, or loved one, this class will empower you to prioritize your own well-being while providing the best care possible.

Who: Family caregivers, adult children of aging parents, spouses/partners supporting those with chronic conditions, caregivers of children with special needs
When: Wednesdays, February 18 - March 25, 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm CST
Where: Virtual
Sometimes, it's hard to find time for yourself when you're caring for someone else. We will be meeting online via Zoom to ease some of this scheduling pressure.
