Lead Local

Lead Local – Devils Lake is a one-day leadership development training designed for aspiring, newly elected, and appointed leaders who serve—or are interested in serving—on local boards, councils, and committees.

This interactive workshop will help participants better understand how local decision-making bodies function, clarify leadership roles and responsibilities, and build the confidence and skills needed to lead effectively in their communities. Whether you are considering a leadership role or already serving, Lead Local provides practical tools, real-world insight, and opportunities to connect with others who are passionate about strengthening local leadership.
