Participants will develop safe and connected learning environments by taking a deep dive into the 3 Brain States and become empowered to be conscious of the brain-body states in ourselves and children. They will also discover practical skills to manage thoughts, feelings, and actions along with strategies to develop and teach self-regulating skills to the little learners in our lives, so they continue to grow and thrive. The second session is Seven Skills for Discipline. Participants will discover the seven skills that teach us, and the children we work with, to become more conscious of their response to conflict in a way that helps them move from the resistant, lower centers of the brain to the more cooperative, higher centers. They will also build critical life skills and core values in a learning space that is safe for all.
