ND Next - The Future Grows Here
ND Next is a conference designed to strengthen rural North Dakota communities by connecting entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders, educators, workforce partners, and innovators around emerging opportunities for growth and prosperity.
What makes ND Next unique is that it is hosted within a rural community rather than a traditional conference venue. Local businesses, organizations, and community leaders play an active role in planning the event and showcasing their community, with breakout sessions, tours, and networking opportunities taking place throughout Carrington.
The conference highlights local success stories and provides hands-on learning through community tours, breakout sessions, networking, and resource connections. Participants will explore topics such the ones below, with a focus on innovation, rural ingenuity, and community-driven solutions:
- Entrepreneurship
- Workforce development
- Leadership
- Community revitalization
- Business growth
- Agricultural technology (AgTech)
The conference begins at noon on September 30 and concludes at noon on October 1. A special community event will be held on the evening of September 30, offering attendees an opportunity to experience the community and connect with fellow participants.
