In-state lodging rate change effective October 1, 2026

Effective October 1, 2026, the current GSA rate for North Dakota is $113 plus applicable state and/or mandatory fees. Prior to October 1, 2026 the GSA rate for North Dakota was $110.

The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has released an update to Policy 505 (Reimbursement for Meals and Lodging) regarding the rate change. Effective August 1, 2025, the “In-State Lodging rate” of 90% of the GSA has been struck from NDCC and is no longer applicable.
