Hosted by the University of Minnesota Extension and North Dakota State University Extension, the sheep and goat fencing and grazing webinar will cover fencing options and grazing management strategies. Farmers, ranchers, 4-H members, agriculture business professionals and those interested in sheep and goats are invited to attend.
Jonathan Kilpatrick with the Sustainable Farming Association will lead the webinar, covering:
- Fencing options for sheep and goats.
- Fencing strategies for multispecies grazing operations.
- Ways to improve grazing systems to maintain healthy pastures.
- Ways to maximize forage production.
Registration is required. A Zoom link will be emailed to participants upon registration, and a recording will be available for registered participants after the event.
