Light and zesty tuna salad with super easy directions!

  • ⅓ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon dried tarragon
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cans (6 ounces each) light water-packed tuna
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • ¼ cup chopped sweet onion
  • Romaine lettuce leaves
  • Parsley leaf garnish, optional
Directions

Directions

Combine mayo, mustard, minced parsley, pepper, tarragon and lemon juice in a bowl to create the sauce.

Add tuna, celery and onion into the sauce. Stir. Serve tuna mixture on lettuce leaves and top with parsley garnish.
