Description: Introduced by NDSU in 1998, small ornamental tree/shrub is great for landscapes that need a pop of color. The high-quality leaves turn a rosy pink to red in autumn, and persistent pink fruit capsules make this a very colorful plant. In its shrub form, it is great for borders and groupings or as a specimen planting in its tree form.
