Fargo Cass Public Health will return to campus to administer the following adult immunizations to NDSU faculty and staff who want them:
- COVID-19*
- Flu*
- Hepatitis A
- Hepatitis B
- HPV*
- MMR (measles, mumps, rubella)*
- Pneumonia*
- RSV
- Shingles
- Tdap (tetanus)*
*Employees without health insurance can receive these vaccines for low to no cost.
Individuals who began a vaccine series at the February 10 clinic are encouraged to return on April 17 to complete their recommended doses. First-time doses will also be offered at the clinic for faculty and staff who want them.
Registration
Interested employees should complete the consent form and screening checklist below and either email them to CWavrin@FargoND.gov or bring it with them to the clinic. Alternatively, individuals can arrive as a walk-in and complete the paperwork onsite.
