Because some RSS readers use the <guid> tag to determine if a feed item is new, I added the tag to the RSS2 template file (typo3conf/ext/tt_news/res/rss_2.tmpl).  In the long-term, we should create a template to be used specifically for ITS news feeds and point at that template file instead.
