CELEBRATE+CONNECT+CREATE: Positive Affirmation cards

Memorial Union: Prairie Room, 10am and 12pm

Join Artist Nichole Rae for an inspiring and creative session on the power of daily affirmations for personal empowerment. Nichole will guide participants in using affirmations as a tool for confidence and self-growth. Afterward, enjoy snacks, relax, and create your own affirmation card deck. All materials and supplies are provided.

Fort Totten Indian Boarding School: A Lived Perspective

MU:Prairie Rose Room, 6:30pm

Dr. Ramona Klein will share her personal experiences as a child at the Fort Totten Indian Boarding School and highlight the profound impact of Miss Thelma Daggs, the school’s only Black teacher, who provided support and guidance in a challenging environment.
