Find your new favorite meal at NDSU Dining

RDC Dining

Delicious and nutritious meals and snacks are available at our three NDSU dining centers on campus. And a food court and coffee shops provide even more options for busy students and guests.

Dining Centers
The Residence Dining Center, Memorial Union Dining Center and West Dining Center offer full-service, all-you-can-eat service during open hours. Each of our dining centers creates a high-quality dining experience that helps enhance the overall NDSU experience. NDSU Dining is committed to offering innovative and nutritious options that meet everyone’s needs.

The West Dining Center will unveil extensive renovations in the fall of 2019. The remodeled center will satisfy every food craving with everything from international cuisine to homestyle classics. There will be a bakery, pizza, deli, smoothie station and an array of foods free of the top eight food allergens.

The Residence Dining Center, which also is set to upgrade its food stations, is designated as an allergy sensitive and nut free facility. Students can visit with an NDSU registered dietician to discuss special dietary needs and how we can provide the right options for you.

Five-day and seven-day meals plans allow unlimited access to each of the dining centers. Block plans are available in 25 meal increments. You also can pay at the door for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Food court
The Memorial Union food court has a wide variety to satisfy any taste. Located on the lower level of the union, food court restaurants feature burgers, salad, pizza, hoagies and Asian food.

Coffee and snacks
Our coffee shops at Memorial Union, Minard Hall and Barry Hall have hot and cold coffee drinks, as well as pastries, sandwiches, salads and soup. Bison Beanery is a full-service coffee shop in the Residence Dining Center.

“Our dedication to our students goes beyond what’s on their plates,” said Tara Ferkinhoff of NDSU Dining marketing and communications. “Whether they want to grab dinner with a bunch of friends, dedicate a night to studying solo and consuming coffee or just need a quick bite to eat before heading to their next event, we want students to feel at home. NDSU Dining is committed to going above and beyond expectations in so many ways.”
