Great Plains I-Corps launching agriculture technology-focused cohort

The National Science Foundation Great Plains I-Corps Hub is launching a new specialty cohort focused on agricultural technology this summer, bringing researchers and innovators to Fargo.
The cohort, Ag45, is open to individuals and teams developing agriculture-related technologies who want to better understand their path to market. The seven-session program will be held virtually from Aug. 13 through Sept. 24, with in-person panels and lectures in Fargo Sept. 15–18. Participants will attend the Big Iron Farm and Construction Show and Grand Farm’s Autonomous Nation Conference, offering direct exposure to cutting-edge advancements shaping the future of agriculture.
Positioned at the center of North Dakota’s agricultural landscape, NDSU plays a critical role in advancing research, education and industry collaboration. The university’s strong ties to producers, agribusiness and technology partners make it an ideal setting for initiatives like Ag45, where innovation meets real-world application.

The Great Plains I-Corps Hub provides immersive, entrepreneurial training for scientists and engineers with the goal of moving ideas to commercialization.
