Theatre NDSU opens season with the thrilling musical “Ride the Cyclone”

Tickets are now available for Theatre NDSU’s production of “Ride the Cyclone” by Jacob Richmond and Brooke Maxwell.

In this dark musical comedy that has received massive viral fame on social media, a mechanical fortune teller holds the lives of six teenagers from a Canadian chamber choir in his hands after a freak roller coaster accident. Only one person gets to come back to life. Through a series of funny yet touching songs, each singer presents their case as to why they should get a second chance. Who deserves it the most?

Find out at the “Ride the Cyclone” performances at 7:30 p.m. Oct. 15 – 17 and 22 – 24 in Askanase Auditorium, the main theatre located in the recently renovated Askanase Hall on NDSU’s campus (1497 12th Avenue North).

Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors, $10 for non-NDSU students and free for NDSU students with a Bison ID. Reserve your spot in one of our brand new seats in Askanase Auditorium at ndsu.showare.com or call the Box Office at 701-231-7969.
