Public introduction of NDSU’s 16th president set for March 30

Following the campus visits of three presidential candidates on March 23-25, the State Board of Higher Education will select and announce the next president of NDSU on Monday, March 30.

The board will conduct final interviews on the NDSU campus in the morning, with the selection of the next NDSU president expected to be announced later in the day.

Following the announcement, a public introduction will be held in the Memorial Union’s Oceti Sakowin Ballroom A from 4 to 5 p.m. A brief program will open the event, followed by time to meet and greet the new president and their spouse. A virtual Zoom option will also be available for those who are unable to attend in person.

This gathering offers a chance to connect, hear directly from NDSU’s next leader and support the beginning of this next chapter for NDSU.

Students, faculty, staff and community members are invited to take part in this important moment for the university community.
