Applications are now open for the 2026–2027 Possibility Fellowship, NDSU’s premier entrepreneurship program designed to accelerate student‑led ventures and cultivate innovative talent across campus.

Run by the NDSU Center for Entrepreneurship and Family Business, the Possibility Fellowship offers a nine‑month, hands‑on entrepreneurial curriculum that helps students move their ideas through the launch process. Fellows receive a $4,000 scholarship along with additional funding for supplies, travel, prototyping and venture development, as well as mentorship from experienced entrepreneurs and advisors.

Students from any major and any degree level are encouraged to apply. Participants may enter the program with their own startup idea or join a venture team where they can contribute skills in areas such as design, marketing, engineering, business or data analysis. This opportunity is open to all NDSU students interested in entrepreneurship.

Onnolee Nordstrom, Ozbun Chair of Entrepreneurship at NDSU, said the program continues to attract exceptional students from across campus.

“Our Fellows consistently impress us with their creativity and drive,” Nordstrom said. “Students from every field have found success here, and we encourage anyone curious about entrepreneurship to apply.”

The Fellowship also emphasizes collaboration, leadership development and access to a broad network of mentors and industry professionals. Fellows conclude the program with a year‑end showcase, pitching their ventures to campus and the surrounding community.

The deadline to apply is Friday, March 20, 2026. Students can learn more and apply online.
