Pamela Westby has joined the team at the NDSU Bookstore as coordinator of course materials. She has more than 30 years of experience in positions in Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Westby has expertise in strategic planning and project management, including emphasis on creating inclusivity, workforce planning and optimization in public libraries. She also has designed curriculum and taught online courses on public administration in Wisconsin.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Mary and master’s degree in library and information science from the University of North Texas.
