New Student Orientation
Orientation will help prepare you for your first semester at NDSU! Through interactive and informational sessions, you will make connections, learn about campus resources and support, and gain insight into student life and expectations.
Guests and family members are invited to Orientation! There will be some sessions throughout the day that are designed specifically for either students or guests, and some are meant for both to attend together. Please see the schedules below for details.
Please note: Students are expected to attend all sessions and the schedule cannot be individualized.
January 12 Student Schedule

| 1:15 p.m. | Your NDSU Experience | |
| 2:00 p.m. | Afternoon Tasks (complete at your own pace) | |
| - Get Your NDSU Card and T-Shirt | ||
| - Finger scan for entrance to dining halls | ||
| - Class Registration (for those not yet registered) | ||
| - Financial Aid Consultations (optional) | ||
| - Sign up for employment with NDSU Dining (optional) | ||
| - Set up a U.S. Bank Account (optional) | ||
| - Campus Tour (optional) | ||
