Ali Amiri

Dr. Ali Amiri is an Associate Professor of Practice in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the North Dakota State University. Dr. Amiri teaches a variety of courses, including Introduction to the Mechanical Engineering Profession, Thermodynamics, and Heat Transfer, as well as coordinating Senior Design projects. Areas of research interest of Dr. Amiri include fiber-reinforced composites, sustainable materials science, bio-based polymeric materials, and additive manufacturing of advanced materials.
