Angelica is a proud NDSU alum and serves as the Recruitment Coordinator for the College of Business. She graduated in 2024 with a Bachelor's degree in Strategic Communication.
As the College's undergraduate recruitment coordinator, Angelica works with prospective and incoming students to explore business programs, understand how they can customize their degree, and feel prepared and excited to become a Bison. She's passionate about supporting students as they take their next step with confidence.
When she's not chatting with students or giving tours, you can find her with a new book or going on long walks.

What I do:
- Lead undergraduate recruitment efforts for the College of Business, helping prospective students figure out their major, their path, and where they fit at NDSU
- Coordinate College visits, events, and outreach that show off the College and create real connections with students and families
- Build relationships with high school counselors and advisors to expand awareness of the College of Business and strengthen recruitment pipelines
- Travel to high schools and attend events (DECA, FBLA, BPA, college fairs, tabling, etc.) to meet students where they're at and build awareness of the College of Business
- Advise and lead the Business Ambassadors, supporting student involvement in tours, panels, events, and outreach efforts
- Lead orientation for new College of Business students, helping them feel ready and confident before their first semester as a college student
- Work closely with Admissions, faculty, and staff to create engaging and personalized visit experiences
- Create recruitment messaging and materials that highlight our programs, student experiences, and career outcomes
- Serve as a go-to contact for prospective students interested in the College of Business, including programs like Finish in Three

- Supporting or collaborating with the Business Ambassadors

- Questions about visits, tours, or creating amazing experiences for prospective and current students
