Captain Chase Meyer

Capt Chase A. Meyer is an Air Force ROTC instructor at Detachment 610, North Dakota State University, in Fargo, North Dakota. His primary duties include leading, recruiting, and training prospective officers on USAF & USSF foundations, history, leadership & national security affairs.

Capt Meyer received his commission in December 2019 through the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps at South Dakota State University. He served in multiple ICBM operations positions including combat crew commander, mission lead, instructor, Chief ICBM Training Products Courseware, Chief ICBM Combat Crew Communications, Director of Operations. He is certified on the Minuteman III, REACT-A weapon system. He was previously Chief, ICBM Combat Crew Communications, 91st Missile Wing, Minot Air Force Base North Dakota. He provided peacetime and EAP communications support for 15 launch control centers. He was responsible for receipt, accounting, control, issue, recovery and destruction of NSA communications documents. He developed/conducted initial & recurring proficiency COMSEC training for 300 ICBM crews and staff members. Captain Meyer arrived at NDSU in July of 2026 currently serves as the Education and Recruiting officer.
