As the Academic Administrative Assistant for the NDSU College of Business, I am committed to providing exceptional administrative support while fostering a welcoming and professional environment for students, faculty, and visitors. As a transfer student pursuing a degree in Landscape Architecture at North Dakota State University, I bring a unique perspective, strong organizational skills, and a genuine appreciation for collaboration across academic programs. My background of 15 years in healthcare and administration has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and customer service skills, allowing me to effectively support the College of Business and contribute to its mission of student success and academic excellence.

What I Do

  • Support faculty across the second and third floors of the College of Business with day-to-day academic and administrative needs
  • Assist with preparation for coursework and exams, including organizing materials and coordinating logistics
  • Provide research and project support
  • Proctor exams and support testing environments
  • Serve as a point of coordination for faculty requests—whether academic, operational, or facilities-related
  • Help navigate and resolve day-to-day needs, from space access and equipment issues to supply requests and troubleshooting
  • Take meeting minutes and support documentation
  • Assist with event and speaker support, including gathering materials, coordinating details, or preparing gifts
  • Step into a wide range of support roles as needed
