Denetre Stetz

Before coming to NDSU, Denetre Stetz was an English teacher and taught grades 9–12 in both North Dakota and Minnesota. She served on the MTSS Committee, was a peer technology coach and PLC leader, and piloted a new LMS for the district. Additionally, she taught journalism and graphic design and served as a yearbook advisor. Stetz has a Bachelor of Science in Communication and Literature Arts Education and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis on Literacy, both from MSUM.

Her role at NDSU involves coordinating marketing and communications for North Dakota Governor’s School, Avenues of Scientific Discovery, Herd U, and IDEA, as well as coordinating faculty professional development events and communications. She also manages resources related to Student Course Experience Surveys (SCES) and coordinates marketing and communications for North Dakota Science Olympiad.
