What Diane Does:

  • Supports Department Chairs and faculty, helping with academic and day‑to‑day administrative needs
  • Provides administrative support for the Dean and the Dean’s Office, helping keep things organized and on track
  • Coordinates and submits student permits in support of Academic Advisors
  • Manages room reservations for meetings and events, helping ensure spaces are scheduled correctly
  • Provides computer and system access for faculty and student assistants, including Blackboard and course-related access
  • Coordinates new‑hire services such as card access, keys, door signage, and other onboarding logistics
  • Handles the many behind‑the‑scenes academic and administrative details that keep things running smoothly—even when they don’t fall neatly into a category
