Diomo Motuba is a scholar at the Challey Institute for Global Innovation and Growth and an assistant professor in the Department of Finance, Supply Chain and Transportation at North Dakota State University. Dr. Motuba's main focus has been developing algorithms that incorporate new and existing technologies into transportation planning models to better reflect the "how", "when" and "why" households, individuals and businesses make their travel decisions. How do new technologies for example, IOT, social media, connected automated vehicles impact how we build and maintain our transportation infrastructure? In addition to his research interests, Dr. Motuba teaches several graduate level courses.
