What Kirstin does:
- Manage grant and foundation budgets, expenses, payroll, and compliance requirements.
- Support faculty, staff, and students with grant and foundation-funded activities, including project administration, effort reporting, payroll certification, and funding transactions.
- Serve as the primary contact for foundation funds, including expense tracking, fund management, RFT/RFP processing, and guidance on allowable expenditures.
- Provide financial and payroll support for the Challey Institute, including budget management, expense tracking, forecasting, financial reporting, and foundation payment/transfer requests (RFTs and RFPs).
- Handles the many organizational and behind‑the‑scenes administrative details that keep business and financial processes moving smoothly
Faculty/Staff/Students can come to Kirstin for:
- Questions about foundation funds, including expenses, payments, transfers, reimbursements, and fund balances.
- Grant support, including budgets, spending, compliance, payroll funding, and financial reporting.
- Challey financial support including expenses approvals, financial reports , and foundation payment/transfer requests.
