What Melisa Does
- Manage college budgets, funding sources, and financial reporting (appropriated, grants, contracts, foundation funds)
- Oversee payroll, HR processes, and appointments for faculty, staff, students, and graduate assistants
- Lead and support the Business Coordinators to ensure smooth financial and HR operations
- Serve as the main point of contact between departments, dean’s office, HR, Payroll, Budget, and Sponsored Programs

- Hiring, payroll, contracts, or appointment changes (faculty, staff, GAs, postdocs)
- Grant and contract funding questions, effort certification, or compliance issues
