What Melisa Does

  • Manage college budgets, funding sources, and financial reporting (appropriated, grants, contracts, foundation funds)
  • Oversee payroll, HR processes, and appointments for faculty, staff, students, and graduate assistants
  • Lead and support the Business Coordinators to ensure smooth financial and HR operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact between departments, dean’s office, HR, Payroll, Budget, and Sponsored Programs
