Zoltan Majdik

My research focuses on computational approaches to rhetorical texts and processes. My interests lie in understanding the persuasive capacities of AI systems and language models. Methodologically, my research uses experimental methods and computational approaches to textual analysis, frequently by building or custom-tuning language models and other deep learning/neural network-enabled text processing infrastructures.

I'm a recent co-editor of the Rhetoric Society Quarterly special issue on Rhetoric & AI, and the co-director of NDSU’s Center for the Study of Digital Society.
