Cereal and Food Science Course Now Offered with Dual Credit
One of 15 classes now offered by the Office of Teaching and Learning (OTL) for dual credit is the Department of Plant Sciences course, Cereal and Food Sciences 210 Introduction to Food Science and Technology, taught by Dr. Anuradha Vegi. Dual credit courses allow students to earn high school and college credit at the same time, either in person or online. Dual credit classes are selected to offer exploratory experiences to help students meet college credit requirements.
The 2022-2023 Dual Credit Catalog is available online and more courses are in development. For more information check out the OTL Dual Credit web page: https://www.ndsu.edu/otl/programs/dual_credit/#c745497
