CREC Row Crop Tour August 21 (morning schedule)

The NDSU Carrington Research Extension Center is holding our annual Row Crop Tour August 21, 2025 starting at 8:30 a.m. with registration and social time. The morning schedule is a change from previous years.

The program begins when tour wagons leave the yard at 9:00 a.m. and concludes with lunch sponsored by the North Dakota Corn Utilization Council, North Dakota Soybean Council, Northarvest Bean Growers Association, and the National Sunflower Association.

Information will be presented regarding corn, soybean, dry bean, and sunflower. Topics will include agronomic practices, disease and weed management, fertility, and precision agriculture. Speakers include NDSU Extension specialists, CREC research scientists, and a specialty dry bean market specialist.

Three hours of Continuing Education Units will be available for Certified Crop Advisers for this tour.

Farmers, agriculturalists, and Extension staff are invited to attend. No registration is required.
