Purpose Statement

Investing in the well-being of the people across the NDSU community is a key area of focus for our organization, and employee engagement is a main contributor.

NDSU is engaged with Gallup for a three-year commitment of annual surveys and action plans in all teams and levels of the institution.

2026 Survey Timeline

• October 12 - Survey goes live
• October 30 - Survey closes
• Early December - University wide results briefing
• Early-Mid December - Supervisor Results Briefings
• January 2027 - State of the Team Conversations and Action Planning
• February 27, 2027 - Action Plans Entered into Gallup Platform by Supervisors
