NDSU offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, and retirement plans. Employees are also provided an Employee Assistance Program that promotes health and well-being, along with paid leave, educational opportunities (tuition waiver), and paid holidays.
NDSU values its employees by paying the total premiums for health insurance (single & family), basic term life insurance, and the Employee Assistance Program. All other insurance coverages are employee-paid.
