The Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) is a fully online, asynchronous graduate program designed for working professionals and recent graduates. Built for career advancement and leadership development, the program prepares students for administrative and management roles across hospitals, clinics, public health organizations and healthcare enterprises. Flexible, eight-week courses allow students to focus on one topic at a time while balancing work, life and school, with stackable certificates and cross-disciplinary options to tailor the program to individual goals. Eligible undergraduate students can also get a head start by beginning MHA coursework during their bachelor’s degree, creating an accelerated pathway to graduate study. Through applied learning, industry-aligned coursework and flexible delivery, students gain the skills to lead complex organizations and drive meaningful change in healthcare systems.
