If you are a presenter at the conference, please submit your abstract and register for the conference using the abstract submission form.  The deadline for submitting abstracts is April 1^st.

If you are planning to be an attendee (but are not presenting) at the conference, please complete the registration form.  Please register by April 1^st.

The conference luncheon will take place at 12:00 pm on Friday, April 22^nd in the Prairie Rose Room in the NDSU Memorial Union. Lunch will consist of a boxed lunch, which includes a sandwich, bag of potato chips, cookie, and a soda or bottle of water. The cost of lunch is $10 per person.

Advance reservations using the abstract submission form (for presenters) or the registration form (for non-presenting attendees) are required in order to attend the luncheon. The keynote address, which follows the luncheon at 12:30 pm in the Prairie Rose room, is free and open to the public; reservations are not required in order to attend the keynote address.

All conference events on Friday, April 22^nd will take place in the NDSU Memorial Union (see campus map here). 

Paid parking is available at the Memorial Union, Visitor Lot E, the WE lot, and the T2 lot (see parking map here). Payment can be made at pay stations in the lots or using a mobile parking app. For more details, please see the Parking and Transportation Services website.

Tri-College attendees please note that if you have a valid MSUM or Concordia College parking permit, employee permits are honored in the AE or TA lots and student permits are honored in the R lot, TA lot, and FargoDome lots C, D and E.
