Contracted Service Agreement | When to Use |
Contracted Service Agreement – Business | Use when contracting with a business for a service (including consulting) |
Contracted Service Agreement – Indpendent Contractor/Speaker | Use when contract with an individual for a service, consulting or speaking |
Contracted Service Agreement – Non-Resident Alien | Use updated Contracted Service Agreement – Non-Resident Alien Payment will not be remitted without completion of the Immigration Visitor Payment (FN) Not on NDSU Payroll form |
Note: Consultant can be a Business or an Individual depending on ownership
