Campus Spaces
Walking around campus – Campus is beautiful in every season! NDSU has great walkways and skyways for the winter!
Find a study space – Find your perfect spot for homework, group study sessions, and down with friends.
Library Study Rooms – Study rooms in the library are a great place if you want someplace quiet to focus while you’re on campus.
Computer Labs – Carrying a laptop around can be a pain! If you don’t have your laptop with you, there are conveniently located computer labs around campus for you to use.

Use of the Wellness Center facilities are included for all currently enrolled students, all you need to do is bring your NDSU ID.

Student Employment
Find an on campus job – An on campus job is a great way to meet new people, decrease your commute back and forth between school and work, and lessen the stress of commuting to class or work. Campus jobs are listed on Handshake.
Involvement
Office of Student Engagement – The Office of Student Engagement provides opportunities that foster personal and professional development while supporting positive social connections among students.
Center for Community and Belonging – The CCB is dedicated to assisting the NDSU community in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive campus. The CCB supports the campus community by hosting cultural events, providing referrals to supports and services, and advancing community and belonging to promote a more equitable campus environment.
MyNDSU
myNDSU – myNDSU is the online hub for NDSU’s 270+ student organizations. With organizations ranging from faith based, academic major associations, club sports, fraternities and sororities, and organizations that are just fun, myNDSU has something for everyone. When you’re looking for what’s going on at NDSU, myNDSU also serves as the campus events calendar! Student organizations, departments, and even athletics post their upcoming events here.
Meal Plans
With multiple dining options available for the NDSU community, a Block Plan from NDSU Dining is one of the most convenient ways to refuel on campus! Multiple block plan options are available and delicious meal options are available daily to meet a variety of dietary needs. If you don’t want to bring or buy food every day, a block plan is a great option!
Campus Microwaves are available for student use in the lower level of the Memorial Union.
Transportation
MATBus – Don’t get caught waiting a long time for a bus! Know the locations and schedules for bus routes to and around campus!
Parking at NDSU – Parking permits are sold by NDSU Parking and Transportation Services on a first come, first served basis. NDSU Parking and Transportation enforces campus parking regulations year-round. Students may purchase a parking permit for the academic year, pending space availability. Parking permits must be purchased each academic year.
For those without a parking permit, please know that street parking near campus and downtown is very limited and may not always be available, especially during the winter months.
Basic Needs
The Dean of Students Office maintains a list of Basic Needs and Resources available for students in need of support with child care, food insecurity, housing, legal assistance, physical and mental health, and safety and security. While not exhaustive, this list can be a great place to start.
