FielDHub
FielDHub is an R Shiny design of experiments (DOE) application developed by the NDSU Big Data Pipeline team. It supports traditional and non-traditional augmented designs, including spatial trials with checks arranged diagonally across fields, and provides guided randomization workflows for field, laboratory, and greenhouse experiments. Outputs include interactive field maps, tables, and field books that can be exported.

ExLibris

ExLibris is a web-based database query tool developed by NDSU Agricultural Data Analytics. It provides a structured interface for querying agricultural research datasets across Raw Data, Means Data, Experiments, and BLUPs Analysis workflows.

Genomic Data Solution
