Nelnet Storefront – Current Users
Existing Storefront Sites
We currently have several Storefront sites operational:
- NDSU General Store – host for most of NDSU departments
- NDSU Ag Extension - host for NDSU Ag and Extension departments
- NDSU Extension Pesticide – host for Extension Pesticide Training, both county and statewide
- NDSU Germans From Russia Heritage Center – hosts the GRHC merchandise catalog
- Northern Crops Institute – hosts registration for NCI conferences
- Admin Dashboard – access to maintenance and reporting for Storefront sites
Useful Reports in Storefront
The most common reports to be run are the Events Report and Order Attributes Report.
The Events report will return orders for a specific event and the attributes with those orders. The only required fields are the date range. Key word search is a default feature in the Product name field.
The Order Attribute report returns orders for simple products and the attributes associtated with them. There are no required fields in this report, however it is generally recommended to include a date range and either a specific product or category to narrow the results. Key word search is a default feature in the Product Name field.
Useful Reports in Peoplesoft Finance
- NDU_GL106_NELNET_ESTORE_TRAN – run for a range of dates and a fund code (optional). It returns the journal ID, funding, amount, and Nelnet order ID for Storefront orders.
- NDU_GL107_NELNET_COM_MGR_TRAN - run for a range of dates and a fund code (optional). It returns the journal ID, funding, amount, and Nelnet order ID for Commerce Manager orders.
- NDU_GL107_NELNET_CHECKOUT_TRAN - run for a range of dates and a fund code (optional). It returns the journal ID, funding, amount, and Nelnet order ID for Checkout orders
