Federal Audits

The Grant and Contract Accounting Office is the primary contact for the biennial single audit performed by the State of North Dakota Office of the State Auditor. This audit is required by the:

Single Audit Act Amendments of 1996 and the US Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133, "Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-profit Organizations."
