Program Information

The Master of Science in Advanced Athletic Training is a post-professional degree consisting of 34 credits. The student will take coursework in Diagnostic Ultrasound, Therapeutic Modalities, Advanced Emergency Care, Kinesio Tape┬« and Manual Therapies.  The following are certifications and training students will obtain:  CKTP (Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner┬«) certification,  Musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound for the shoulder, knee and ankle; Advanced Emergency Care, Greenman's Principles of Manual Therapy, and inserting thermocouple techniques.
